Toronto Wedding Photographer | Crow’s Nest Theater Wedding
A little note about the venue - Crow’s Nest Theater has dark walls all around and a very tall ceiling. This is a very extreme case of lighting inside the venue. The typical on-camera bouncing technique won’t work because all surfaces are black.
We were able to solve the problem by using 4 studio strobes to provide ample light for motion-freezing moments.
The theater allowed us to climb up the overhead truss for some amazing shots!
We would love to shoot in this place again!
When Nat and Fran were looking for a photographer for their wedding in the Crow’s Nest Theater in Toronto, they thought everything would just go smoothly, given the amount of effort that they put into it.
However, the in-door garden that they booked for their photo shoot was closed. Despite calling the city multiple times, they were told that the manager wasn’t noticed due to an error.
Thanks to the photographer, who knew a place nearby that had amazing views - Polson Pier (check out our article for places for pictures around the city)
The clients were super happy about the outcome of the pictures.
