Professional Photographer - Experience vs Creativity

Having read several articles written by a professional wedding photographer. She wrote so much about how her experience is so important and anyone who has less experiences seems incompetent. While I agree that experience is important and appreciated, but it's only important to some extent. Any photographer who keeps shooting weddings will gain experience over time, but it also traps one from stepping out his/her own comfort zone. Among many seasoned photographers, only those who are, after so many years of shooting, still willing to go the extra mile to get a great picture, will stand out from the crowd. Creativity is the king.
